Blackness hovering over me
Shielding me blindly
Cold is taking over
Earth is shivering
Beneath my touch
Drown out my screams
Making me soundless

I can't escape
This prison of dirt
Captured by night
Will I be saved by light?

Whispering promises
Through out the night
Greatness of power
How can you fight?
I wish she would free me
Someday I'll spread my wings
and fly
